    I received the diffusers but it's not diffusing mist.

    Please read the manual before turn on the machine. First, you need to sock the cotton core in water untial the core suck to the bottom. Make sure the tank has enough water. Then press the botton to turn it on and wait some minutes, maybe longer at the first time.

    Hey, does this give cool mist or hot mist ?

    Ejoai humidifiers are under the principle of ultrasound instead of heating. Obeviously, it will give cool mist.

    Does it automatically turn off when the water dries up?

    Please read the item specifics carefully which you can find in the products description page before you purchase it. Those items with the water-shortage power-off protection will automatically turn off with nothing happend, but be noticed that this will reduce life of machine.

    Sure. Please refer to the picture and pick the right edition that can match the socket in your home.

    When will you send my purchase ?

    Please confirm the shipment way and payment, and we will ship the products to you in 1 working days after we receive the payment . And the tracking number will be given.

    Why is the tracking information not updating ?

    Just because it isn't updating on Aliexpress site, doesn't mean it isn't moving. Export customs clearance may takes more time before ship by air. Also notice that once it leaves China, updates will be scarce. You can go weeks without an update after it leaves China. Most of recent orders took 4-5 weeks to arrive to sorting center of destination country. You shouldn't be nervous. Don't worry about it until shipment protection is close to running out. If is close to running out, please contact us to extend the protection. Thanks for your understanding.

    How long does the delivery take?

     Delivery time (According to our experience):

        To Russian : 15-25 days .

        To Europe (such as Italy/United Kingdom/Spain/Netherlands/Belarus/France....): 18-28 days .

        To Asia (such as India/Singapore/Israel/Turkey/Saudi Arabia...): 15-21 days .

        To North America (such as Canada /United States/Mexico(Mecixo may take more 7 days )...):14-20 days .

        To Oceania (such as Australia /New Zealand...) :15-23 days .

        To South America (such as Argentina /Brazil /Chile /Peru /Colombia ...) : 35-48 days.

        To Africa(such as South Africa /Egypt/Cameroon /Algeria /Kenya...) : 28-35days.

    But Due to the customs or other problems, such as local weather problem, it may take more 20-26 days , So it is need your enough patience to wait the products. And when you choose this shipment way, Then we think you agree to accept this delay if happen. If the Protection time is going end, and you have not received the goods , please message us to extend for you .

    Estimated time of delivery says between 20-30 working days normally. If you are lucky, it will be faster. There is a tracking code also with parcel status in your order page or you can track in other website using this code.

About Customs

    I am a new buyer, could you tell me whether do i need to pay customs or not ?

    In most cases, the buyer need not pay any customs. We will declare it as a gift and a lower value to avoid the tax. But sometimes in some countries, the customs officer may be strict. we are not accountable for any customs fee. Please check out the customs policy at your own place . If you have to pay the customs fees, it is your duty to your own country, the buyer should understand this situation. If you need to declare real value on the parcel, please tell us that with order message,email or trade manager.

Return and Refund Policy

    I received the parcel but i found that i don't need it now, can i return to you ?

    We support the no reason return and change item policy, but you need to pay full cost for two way transports (include the shipping, taxes and customs cost etc.)and keep the item in good condition, otherwise we will keep right to refuse the refund and return. All the return policy must be apply within 3 days (start from you receive the item).

    You send me a wrong items. I need replacement.

    We apologize to you for the unusual mistake. When you get the wrong items, please contact us within 3 days, and provide the confirmation proof through Video or Photos. No need to worry, you will get replacement or resonable compensation if shipping is too expensive.

    When you get the problem items, please contact us within 3 days, but only supports providing video as evidence. Thanks. When the item is judged as our responsibility, we provide the refund and return policy. It can be part of refund if the items can be accepted and repaired in domestic. If can not repaired, accepted or broken totally, we will full refund or ship a new one to you after we receive the wrong or defective products.

    I don't want to return the items because shipping is too high in my country.

    When refund policy can not solve it, we accept the return policy, but for return policy you need to afford one way cost. (the shipping, taxes and customs cost from your country to sender's address), and when we receive the return items we will full refund. We are not recommending the return policy, because that cause high cost for both of us.
